In addition to the course work completed at Southern, this degree program included graduate classes at the University of Louisville in the administration of higher education, teaching college students, and cognitive psychology.  The title of the dissertation was An Analysis of Selected Information Processing Models of Teaching for the Religious Instruction of Adults.
